Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and sets safety, lawful-use, and compliance requirements for using I Code Easy API gateway, model routing, model access, dashboard, documentation, and support channels.

Effective date: July 5, 2026

This page is provided in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ in meaning, interpretation, ambiguity, or translation accuracy, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Scope and Interpretation

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to you and your authorized users, customers, end users, agents, automation scripts, integrations, and any party accessing the Service through your account, API keys, or systems.

You must ensure that all requests, inputs, outputs, files, media, automated workflows, and downstream use initiated through your account, API keys, organization, product, or systems comply with this Policy.

Examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Even if conduct is not specifically listed, we may determine that it violates this Policy if it creates or may create legal, safety, platform, payment, upstream, third-party, or public-interest risk.

2. Compliance with Laws, Upstream Rules, and Platform Policies

You may not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law, regulation, regulatory requirement, sanctions, export controls, payment network rules, Upstream Rules, content policies, regional limits, or platform policies.

You must also comply with Upstream Rules applicable to the model, endpoint, region, and use case. Upstream Rules may include content limits, training or logging rules, rate limits, prohibited uses, regional limits, and safety review requirements.

If this Policy, the Terms of Service, Model Terms, or Upstream Rules conflict, you must comply with the stricter or more applicable rule for the relevant use case.

3. Prohibited Illegal, Harmful, and High-Risk Uses

You may not use the Service to conduct, assist, encourage, automate, or evade detection of illegal activity, fraud, phishing, money laundering, identity theft, credential theft, spam, harassment, extortion, law-enforcement evasion, or privacy invasion.

You may not generate, distribute, or optimize instructions, code, workflows, plans, or content that materially facilitate violence, self-harm, suicide, weapons development or misuse, drug trafficking, bodily harm, financial fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or other real-world harm.

You may not use model output as the sole basis for decisions in medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, education admission, housing, public service, law enforcement, or other significant-impact contexts.

4. Prohibited Misuse of Synthetic or Manipulated Content, Adult Content, and Minor-Related Content

You may not generate, upload, edit, distribute, store, or automate pornography, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake impersonation, face swapping, sexual exploitation content, or content intended to evade moderation.

You may not submit inputs, reference images, prompts, outputs, or workflows involving sexualization, grooming, exploitation, targeting, harassment, harm, trafficking, protection evasion, or safety risks involving minors.

You must have all necessary rights, consent, authorization, and lawful basis for reference images, uploaded files, prompts, generated results, and downstream use.

5. Prohibited Deception, Impersonation, Rights Violations, and Misinformation

You may not impersonate real people, organizations, platforms, support personnel, government bodies, payment institutions, Upstream Providers, or I Code Easy, or create misleading endorsements, false authorizations, fake support, fabricated evidence, phishing pages, fraudulent marketing, or deceptive commercial content.

You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, personality rights, contractual rights, or other intellectual property and third-party rights.

You may not create, amplify, or automate harmful misinformation, misleading identities, fake official notices, fake news, or deceptive public health or safety information.

6. Cybersecurity, Credentials, Automation, and Platform Integrity

You may not use the Service to generate, debug, deploy, or automate malware, exploit chains, authentication bypass, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, infrastructure attacks, detection evasion, data destruction, or other cyber abuse.

You may not publish, sell, share, forward, embed, or disclose API keys, access tokens, account credentials, private keys, or other sensitive credentials, and you may not access the Service using stolen, leaked, unauthorized, or unknown-origin credentials.

You may not overload the Service, evade limits, probe Upstream Providers, interfere with other users, or undermine platform integrity through bots, scripts, proxy pools, bulk accounts, abnormal concurrency, abnormal traffic, scraping, automated probing, or similar methods.

7. Resale, Sharing, Limit Evasion, and Competitive Use

Without our written consent, you may not resell, rent, subcontract, white-label, share accounts, share keys, or package the Service as a product intended to bypass these Terms, pricing, risk controls, payment, region, model, or upstream restrictions.

You may not create multiple accounts, split requests, falsify identity, hide origin, bypass quotas, bypass model limits, bypass regional limits, bypass payment limits, bypass review, or evade security controls.

You may not access the Service for scraping, copying, bulk extraction, rebuilding model catalogs, bypassing pricing information, reverse engineering routing logic, or developing a competing service unless we separately agree in writing.

8. Public Impact, Politics, Law Enforcement, Surveillance, and Significant Decisions

You may not mislead voters, interfere with voting, census, judicial processes, public services, or democratic processes, or engage in covert political manipulation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, official impersonation, or targeted political persuasion.

You may not use the Service for social scoring, unauthorized surveillance, predictive policing, criminal justice decisions, censorship enforcement, or automated decisions with significant effects on individual rights, opportunities, or benefits unless you have a clear legal basis, qualified human review, and necessary appeal mechanisms.

You may not use the Service to generate or assist content, rules, scores, or decision workflows that discriminate against, exclude, manipulate, exploit, or unfairly treat protected groups, vulnerable groups, or individuals.

9. Additional Obligations for High-Risk Use Cases

If you use the Service in medical, legal, financial, education, employment, insurance, housing, public service, child-related, mental health, law enforcement, or other high-risk contexts, you must apply appropriate human supervision, professional review, accuracy validation, recordkeeping, user notice, and appeal mechanisms.

You may not represent to end users that model outputs have been reviewed by qualified professionals unless such review actually occurred and satisfies applicable industry and legal requirements.

You must assess risk based on the use case and ensure that your product, integration, prompts, outputs, and downstream workflows comply with applicable law, Model Terms, and this Policy.

10. Monitoring, Review, Enforcement, and Appeals

To protect users, the Service, payment channels, Upstream Providers, and third parties, we may monitor abnormal usage, error patterns, risk signals, request metadata, security logs, and other information related to compliance, safety, billing, or troubleshooting.

Monitoring and review are generally limited to necessary request metadata, security logs, error patterns, risk signals, and troubleshooting information; except where operations, security, anti-abuse, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, customer support, or storage features you enable require otherwise, we generally do not store requests sent to AI models and responses returned by AI models, including request bodies, prompts, inputs, and outputs.

If we believe use creates risk or violates this Policy, we may reject requests, limit models, disable features, rotate or revoke API keys, freeze balance, suspend accounts, terminate service, deny refunds, preserve evidence, or report activity where necessary.

If you believe enforcement was applied in error, contact support@icodeeasy.cc or submit a dashboard ticket with account email, request ID, order ID, scenario description, corrective measures, and relevant evidence.
