Terms of Service
These Terms use direct language to explain your rights, obligations, and service limits.
Effective date: July 5, 2026
This page is provided in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ in meaning, interpretation, ambiguity, or translation accuracy, the Chinese version prevails.
1. What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of I Code Easy, including the website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, billing, support, model routing, AI tools, and related digital services.
“We,” “us,” and “our” mean I Code Easy and the entity operating the Service. “You” and “User” mean the individual, team, company, or other organization accessing, registering for, purchasing, calling, or otherwise using the Service.
“Upstream Providers” means third-party model, payment, cloud infrastructure, email, storage, risk, monitoring, support, and other service providers connected to or used through the Service. “Model Terms” means their applicable terms, usage policies, privacy policies, model restrictions, regional limits, rate limits, data handling rules, and content policies.
“User Content” means prompts, inputs, reference files, business data, request parameters, outputs, files, and related metadata submitted, uploaded, entered, transmitted, generated, stored, or shared by you or your end users through the Service.
2. How You Accept These Terms
By registering an account, clicking acceptance, purchasing credits, generating or using an API key, accessing the dashboard, calling an API, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, “you” includes both the organization and its authorized users.
If you do not agree to these Terms or lack authority to accept them, you must not access or use the Service.
3. What We Provide
I Code Easy provides developer-facing API gateway, model routing, usage analytics, account balance management, documentation, and related support for routing requests, managing usage, and supporting developer tools, compatible APIs, and related digital services.
Unless expressly stated in writing, the Service is not an official service, agent, authorized representative, or affiliate of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Moonshot, Zhipu, MiniMax, DeepSeek, or any other Upstream Provider.
You understand and agree that service availability, performance, outputs, rate limits, model names, capability descriptions, prices, and moderation rules may depend on Upstream Providers, networks, payment channels, compliance requirements, risk controls, and infrastructure conditions.
4. Accounts, Organizations, and Accurate Information
You must be able to enter into and perform these Terms and must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information during registration, purchase, invoicing, tax, identity verification, and support processes.
Accounts are for the account owner and authorized members only. Without our written consent, you may not impersonate others, create accounts in bulk to evade limits, buy or sell accounts, share login credentials, rent accounts, or use accounts to bypass risk, payment, regional, model, or usage restrictions.
If an account belongs to a team, company, or other organization, organization admins may manage members, API keys, billing, usage, model permissions, security settings, logs, tickets, and service data within that organization. By joining or using an organization account, you acknowledge and agree to that administration.
5. API Keys and Account Security
You are responsible for protecting accounts, passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, and other credentials, and for applying reasonable safeguards against disclosure, theft, public repository exposure, browser-side exposure, or uncontrolled environments.
Requests, charges, outputs, actions, and downstream use made through your account, API keys, or systems are deemed authorized by you and are your responsibility unless you prove that the use was not caused by your fault, negligence, or insufficient security management.
If you discover or suspect compromise, theft, or misuse of an account, key, payment method, or system, you must promptly rotate or disable the relevant key in the dashboard and notify us at support@icodeeasy.cc or through a dashboard ticket.
6. Upstream Models and Third-Party Services
When using the Service to call any model, endpoint, or third-party capability, you must also comply with the applicable Model Terms. Model Terms may govern input and output rights, data storage, logging, training, moderation, regional limits, use restrictions, rate limits, and other compliance requirements.
We use reasonable efforts to surface material restrictions in the product, documentation, or model notes, but we do not warrant that provider terms, training status, logging status, available regions, capability descriptions, pricing, or availability are always accurate, complete, or synchronized in real time.
We may select, switch, restrict, suspend, or reject routing based on request origin, network condition, upstream requirements, balance, load, moderation, payment risk, security policy, or compliance requirements, and we may pass necessary request, routing, region, billing, safety, and metadata to Upstream Providers.
If these Terms, product descriptions, or model notes conflict with current Upstream Provider rules, you must comply with the stricter or more applicable rule for the model, and we may restrict or terminate related access to enforce those rules.
7. User Content, Outputs, and Storage Limits
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in User Content. To provide the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, cache, transmit, copy, process, format, display, store, and use User Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, bill, troubleshoot, secure, review, support, and comply with law. Persistent storage or display of User Content bodies is limited to features you enable such as history, logging, debugging, shared links, saved prompts, team collaboration, or support troubleshooting, or necessary operations, security, billing, dispute, anti-abuse, or legal compliance scenarios.
Except for operations, billing, security, anti-abuse, troubleshooting, customer support, dispute handling, legal compliance, or features you enable such as history, logging, debugging, shared links, saved prompts, or team collaboration, we generally do not persistently store User Content bodies or requests sent to AI models and responses returned by AI models, including API request bodies, prompts, inputs, and outputs. Service improvement normally relies on aggregated or de-identified operational data, not default storage of User Content bodies.
You confirm that you have all rights, consents, authorizations, and lawful bases required to submit, process, store, transmit, share, use, and commercialize User Content and outputs, and that the User Content and its use do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or different from your expectations. You must independently review outputs and are responsible for consequences of using outputs in products, business processes, customer workflows, end-user experiences, or third-party contexts.
If you enable history, logging, debugging, shared links, saved prompts, team collaboration, support troubleshooting, or similar features, related User Content and metadata may be stored, displayed, shared, or used for that feature. You must not use those features to disclose content that should not be visible to organization admins, team members, link recipients, or support staff.
8. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Paid products are digital services. After successful payment, credits, quotas, plans, monthly cards, or other access rights are delivered to your account automatically or after necessary fraud, payment, compliance, and risk checks.
Before payment, you must review the product, price, currency, plan limits, expiration, model coverage, available regions, rate limits, and other applicable rules. Mistaken purchases, duplicate purchases, failure to read restrictions, or failure to configure according to documentation do not automatically create a refund right.
Payments may be processed by Creem or another authorized payment processor. Payment processors may provide receipts, tax handling, payment portals, refunds, disputes, and customer support flows, and may process necessary information under their own terms.
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, used API consumption, consumed benefits, bonus credits, promotional benefits, benefits tied to violating accounts, orders under chargeback dispute, and items excluded by the Refund Policy are not refundable.
9. Acceptable Use and Security Testing
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and must not use the Service to generate, request, process, distribute, store, or automate illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, sexual, deceptive, moderation-evasive, privacy-violating, or Model-Term-violating content, code, workflows, or outputs.
Without our written consent, you may not stress test, exploit, bypass, scrape, reverse engineer, probe, run Red Teaming, or conduct automated security testing against the website, API, dashboard, payment flows, risk controls, model routing, logs, or upstream connections in a manner that may affect service stability, data security, or upstream relationships.
To protect users, Upstream Providers, payment channels, third parties, and the Service, we may apply rate limits, quota limits, model limits, regional limits, risk review, content moderation, request blocking, logging, key rotation, and other security measures.
10. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may add, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any model, endpoint, price, feature, route, documentation, interface, or service capability for business, technical, security, upstream, payment, compliance, or operational reasons.
If we believe your use violates these Terms, Model Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment compliance requirements, or security requirements, or creates risk for the Service, other users, Upstream Providers, payment channels, or third parties, we may immediately limit requests, suspend features, revoke or rotate API keys, freeze balance, suspend accounts, terminate service, deny refunds, or take other necessary measures.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect payment obligations, indemnity obligations, confidentiality obligations, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, or other provisions that by their nature should survive.
11. Intellectual Property, Brand, and Feedback
Except for User Content and outputs in which you lawfully hold rights, the Service, website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, code, interface, design, trademarks, marks, pricing, model routing, risk rules, log structures, and related materials are owned by I Code Easy or its licensors.
Without our written consent, you may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, remove rights notices, misuse our brand, or use the I Code Easy name, marks, or service materials in a way that suggests official authorization, endorsement, partnership, agency, or affiliation.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, issue reports, or improvement ideas, unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us an unrestricted, free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use them to maintain, improve, develop, and promote the Service.
12. Confidential Information
If either party receives non-public business, technical, financial, security, product, pricing, operational, customer, or model-routing information from the other party in connection with using, providing, supporting, or negotiating the Service, that information must be treated as confidential information.
The receiving party may use confidential information only to perform these Terms or use the Service and must take reasonable measures, no less protective than those used for its own similar information, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Confidential information does not include information that is public, already lawfully known, lawfully provided by a third party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. Where legally required disclosure occurs, the receiving party should provide notice where legally permitted and limit the scope where practicable.
13. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
You confirm that you have the capacity and authority to accept these Terms, that information you submit is truthful and accurate, that you have the rights required to process User Content, and that your use will not violate applicable law, Model Terms, third-party rights, or these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, fit for a particular purpose, or satisfy particular performance, pricing, or availability requirements, or that upstream model outputs will be accurate, lawful, complete, or suitable for your use.
As far as the law allows, I Code Easy is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, upstream failures, model output errors, or consequences arising from your use of outputs.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless I Code Easy, our affiliates, service providers, employees, contractors, and Upstream Providers from claims, investigations, penalties, losses, costs, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your User Content, account or API key use, breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, downstream products, end-user conduct, payment disputes, taxes, or your relationship with third parties.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of relevant claims and cooperate, but we reserve the right to take necessary defense, settlement, access restriction, evidence preservation, or safety measures independently.
15. Notices, Disputes, and Other Rules
Notices relating to the Service may be provided through website notices, dashboard messages, account email, order email, tickets, documentation, or other reasonable channels. You must keep account email and contact information truthful, valid, and current.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith. For safety, abuse, intellectual property, payment risk, chargebacks, confidential information, or urgent harm, we may immediately take necessary restrictions, preservation steps, or remedies.
These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, or joint venture relationship. Failure to exercise a right immediately is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in a restructuring, merger, financing, asset sale, or service migration.
